What we feed to our cows
We provide organic Desi Gir Cow A2 milk, pure desi cow A2 ghee, and other milk products that are pure to the highest standards as the cows are fed grass or organically cultivated fodder. We grow seasonal vegetables using our in-house fertilizers, made from Gir cow urine and cow dung. Fodder for cow is provided with a combination of herbs like Ashwagandha, Jivanti, Shatawari, Neem, Moringa, Lemongrass, Basil & many seasonal vegetables to keep them hale, hearty, happy & healthy.
Process
How we extract pure desi ghee?
The Bilona method is a traditional and natural process of extracting pure desi ghee. It begins with boiling fresh, full-fat milk and fermenting it into curd using a starter culture. The curd is then churned using a wooden churner (bilona) to separate butter from the buttermilk. The butter is collected and gently heated on a low flame until it melts, releasing golden, aromatic ghee as the milk solids settle at the bottom. This method preserves the nutrients and authentic flavor of desi ghee, making it rich in aroma, taste, and health benefits.
